Currency and Exchange Rates
We use the Canadian Dollar as our transaction currency. Our e-commerce software will give you a price estimate
in other currencies, but our financial institution and credit card processing agreement ask us to
process all orders in Canadian dollars. Therefore, when you place an order, the total will be charged in
Canadian dollars and your credit card company will do the conversion.
Guarantee
All our kits are covered by a 30 day warranty, that the product is free from
defects in materials and workmanship. If defects arise during this period, we will
at our option, repair or replace the goods purchased or refund your money. Our liability
under this warranty is subject to us being satisfied that the material is faulty due to
poor materials or workmanship. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by incorrectly
connecting or improper use of the material, especially since the products we sell are for prototype
development. Furthermore, we will not be liable for any damage
to third party or attached equipment to which these products are used.
That said, we are a small company and we want our customers to be happy, therefore we will try to
